| Raphael Saadiqのなんと8年ぶりのアルバム。亡くなった兄の名前をタイトルにしており、その死因であった依存症をテーマにした曲があったりして、ハッピーなトーンの作品が多かったRaphaelにしてはシリアスな空気を持つ作品になっている。Trackの印象は、そうは変わらないが力強さが増しており、それはVocalスタイルにも表れている。真骨頂のVintage Soul曲も違った雰囲気に感じる。ただ、メローで美メロな曲や、後半にかけてGospel曲もあったりして、幅広く楽しめるアルバムでもある。 | ||
