UK SoulのLynden David Hallの２作目。しかし、UK的なトーンはあまり感じられない。ほとんどの曲を自作自演しており、音数の少なく洗練されリラックスしている楽曲からは70年代SOULへの憧憬を強く感じる。ファンキーな曲やブルージーな曲も含み、統一感の高いアルバムになっている。よく比較されるD'angeloとの違いは、D'angeloほど泥臭くないところか。
